Wolverhampton Southside is an exciting 2.5 hectare mixed use site opportunity. It is strategically located between Wolverhampton Westside and the city centre retail core.
The City of Wolverhampton Council owns a significant portfolio of land in this area, ready-to-go for quick development. Whilst there’s no fixed view of exactly what type of development we wish to see here, it must be quality and it must complement the existing city-centre. We plan to use some of this land creatively including new green spaces and a softened environment to enhance private sector-led development.
