A brilliant opportunity to rejuvenate a local community.
An excellent opportunity to develop a former lodge in the Spring Vale area into 16 flats as part of a care village or sheltered housing scheme, the site is in a good location, with excellent public highway access in close vicinity to the local health clinic.
Full planning permission was granted in 2013 for a care village including 16 sheltered flats, however, permission lapsed 2015, and there have been no further applications. The former nursing home on site was severely damaged by fire and has now been demolished. The site is undulating and overgrown and would need preparing before development. The agent, on behalf of the owner, is very keen that matters now progress on the site and would welcome additional contact.
Full planning permission granted in 2013 for care village, including 16 sheltered flats. Planning permission lapsed in 2015, and there have been no further applications. Residential development of the site considered acceptable in principle.
Anticipated timescales for delivery:
Start on site currently estimated for 2021 though this is subject to change.
