Grow healthier, happier workplaces
Grants of up to £10,000 could be available to small businesses who pledge to cut unnecessary stress and boost the health and wellbeing of staff under the pioneering Thrive at Work scheme.
An average sized firm with 250 employees is estimated to make a loss of £250,000 annually, due to sickness absenteeism. Promoting wellbeing can prevent problems from escalating and help create positive working environments where individuals and organisations can thrive.
You can be one of 148 organisations to join the West Midlands Combined Authority trial and have the opportunity to receive a financial investment to support your implementation of the Thrive at Work commitment.
Wolverhampton businesses with between 10 – 250 employees and registered with Companies House will be eligible to apply. The application deadline is 30 September.
