City Business Breakfast hits the spot
Hundreds of partners and delegates yesterday gathered at the city’s annual Business Breakfast to hear from keynote speakers about how £4.4 billion of investment, on site or planned, is changing the shape of Wolverhampton.
Proud Wulfrunian and TV presenter, Jacqui Oatley MBE hosted proceedings at GTG Training Centre in Wednesfield, where keynote speakers included Court Collaboration’s CEO, Anthony McCourt, about the exciting city living scheme, Brewers Yard; WM5G Chair, Igor Leprince, on how Wolverhampton is ahead of the game on 5G rollout; and University of Wolverhampton’s Professor Jackie Dunne on the progress of the Springfield Campus
Wolverhampton Economic Growth Board Chair, John Wood kicked off proceedings, and City of Wolverhampton Council Leader, Cllr Ian Brookfield, and Chief Executive, Tim Johnson also addressed the audience
